Scarlett Johansson - American Actress and Singer (born in NYC on 22 November 1984) Her range of talents as an actor has garnered many accolades in everything from the dramas of the past to thrillers and even adventures. Johansson is born to an architect as well as producer, was born within New York City. She and her twin brother Hunter were the youngest siblings of four. When she reached seven years old, her passion for acting was growing. Her first audition was for commercials. She enrolled in the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute shortly following and then went to the Professional Children's School, Manhattan to further her education. At the age of eight old, she starred with Ethan Hawke as Sophistry in Off-Broadway productions. When she was nine she made her acting debut in Rob Reiner's North (1994). Johansson later appeared in Just Cause (1995) but her first breakthrough came with Manny & Lo (1996) a coming-of-age film about siblings who are orphaned and run away. The Horse Whisperer (2000) where she was a teenager with a deformity because of an accident earned her critical acclaim. In Ghost World 2001 (as the teenager who is a cynical outcast Rebecca), Johansson gained the attention of a whole new generation. Renee Felice Smith was a young girl when she started her professional career as an entertainer. Acting was her passion as an infant. Smith was offered her first gig as an actor at six years old with the help of her parents. In a television commercial Smith starred as Dannon Yogurt. In the same way as other young actors, she started her career in theatre. When she performed her stage debut in Wildflower she was also working on different projects across USA. Her education was in Stonestreet Studios, the Stonestreet Studios Conservatory of the New York University Tisch School of the Arts.
